History of the Company

In 2004 “East Telecom” JV has created structural division under the “ColorIT Design“ name which offered a full spectrum of services of access to the Internet network, created web-sites and registered domain names of the second level in a UZ zone, and also has taken party in realization of telecommunication services of the “East Telecom” JV.

In 2006, with the purpose of getting more advantageous position in the telecommunication market the ”ColorIT Design” company, having solved a number of organizational questions, has redirected all the technical opportunities for offering a wide spectrum of telecommunication services on technology of wireless WiMAX access. The operator who has appeared as a result of reorganization, being the assignee of the license for operation and rendering of data transmission networks services of “ColorIT Design”, began to identify itself as “Max Line”, becoming the first Wireless Network Operator (the Operator of Wireless Access) in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the same time “ColorIT Design” passes a re-registration and actively stepped out to the advanced positions of the advertising industry of Uzbekistan, identified “ColorIT Design Inc.”.

Simultaneously “Max Line” acts as one of the basic founders at creation of the “Arsenal D” company which is becoming the assignee of all contracts on creation of web-sites, program development of various categories, and also registration of domain names of the second level in UZ zone, made by “ColorIT Design” and “Max Line”. Employees of “ColorIT Design” and “Max Line”, directly worked in the given directions, for today are employees of “Arsenal D”.

“Arsenal D” today

Primary activity of “Arsenal D” is creation of web-sites, program development of various categories, registration of domain names of the second level in a UZ zone and offering services of a hosting.

After the coordination of necessary requirements to the project the design of web-sites will be offered to the customer in three various variants. Besides, “Arsenal D” offers development of firm style of the company including: a trade mark, business cards, and forms of documents. All these enter into payment of a site development.

“Arsenal D”, being the partner of State Unitary Enterprise of «Uzinfocom» Center, takes part in a realization of Resolution of the president of Uzbekistan №-117 from 08.07.05 “About additional measures on the further development of information-communication resources of Republic Uzbekistan” and as in a realization of the program on formation of the National Information retrieval system (NIRS) in the Internet network, with accommodation of popular information resources in it with the purpose of integration into the world information community.

Joint developed projects are pilot portals of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of external economic relations, the Ministries of Agriculture, the Ministries of culture and sports, the State committee on ground resources of a geodesy and cartography, state cadastre UzAPI, etc.

Commercial projects are portals and sites of the “East Telecom” JV, the Center of Electromagnetic Compatibility, “East Well” FB, “Next Gen Service” LLC, “Max Line” LLC, etc.

“Arsenal D” is one of seven official registrars of domain names in a UZ zone, having powers to create (to register) new domain names and to prolongate already existing domain names in a UZ zone. The company registers domain names in a UZ zone for the reasonable price and takes part in actions for development of resources in .UZ.

At carrying out the Internet - festival of the national domain in 2007, “Arsenal D” has awarded with the Certificate on the right of free-of-charge registration of a free domain name of the second level in a UZ zone for the period of one year, 16 winners who have gotten the first places. Also the company took part in the action from UZINFOCOM “Your name in UZ”, which was held till December, 31st, 2007. The purpose of the action - was creation of concessionary terms for purchase of domain names in the national domain .UZ by physical persons - residents of Republic Uzbekistan when the opportunity to register one domain name for nominal charge was given to each participant of the action.
